Some bagged salad blends being sold in Virginia and several other states are being voluntarily recalled by Taylor Farms Retail Inc. due to potential salmonella contamination.According to a press release from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the company is voluntarily issuing a precautionary recall of 3,265 cases of various salad blends.
The salad blends are under the Fresh Selections, HEB, Marketside and Taylor Farms brands with a "best by" date range of Oct. 18-21. For a detailed list, visit this FDA Web page.
